1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at zenithbioscience309@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping, as applicable.

2. Return Eligibility

Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Opened or tampered vials, temperature-sensitive items, and products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible. All returns require prior authorization and an RMA number.

3. Return Procedure

4. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.

5. Bitcoin Payment Overpayments

If you pay with Bitcoin and send more than the required amount, the overpayment will be converted to store credit and applied to your account. Due to the irreversible nature of Bitcoin transactions and the volatility of cryptocurrency exchange rates, we are unable to process Bitcoin refunds to external wallets.

Store credits from Bitcoin overpayments:

  • Are calculated based on the USD value at the time of payment confirmation
  • Never expire and can be used on any future purchase
  • Will be automatically applied to your account within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • Can be viewed in your Account Credits section

6. Non-Returnable Items
